The most significant AI Support upgrade ever shipped — every failed SMS now triggers an automated escalation pipeline, and your team can bulk-retry all failures in a single click.

New Features
  • Retry Send button on every failed message — re-queue a failed SMS directly from the conversation thread with one click
  • Bulk Retry All — re-queue every failed message in the Failed tab simultaneously, with a real-time progress bar and per-message error reporting
  • Smart Retry mode — only retries messages that failed due to temporary carrier errors (e.g. 30008, 30003), skipping permanently invalid numbers (e.g. 21211, 21614) to avoid wasted sends
  • 7-Day Delivery Trend Chart — collapsible bar chart in the left panel showing daily delivery rate, color-coded by health (green ≥90%, amber 70–89%, red <70%), with hover tooltips and a per-day breakdown table
  • Delivery SLA Alert — configurable threshold (default 80%) with a monitoring window (15m–4h); shows a pulsing red breach banner with progress bar and dismiss action; settings persist across sessions
  • Delivery SLA History Log — full audit trail of past SLA breaches with timestamps, delivery rate at breach, message counts, and resolution notes

  • Escalation Log tab — shows all conversations escalated in the last 24h with trigger reason, timestamp, and assigned dispatcher
Improvements
  • Delivery status badges in the conversation thread now show Retry Send inline for failed/undelivered messages
  • DeliveryStatusWidget Failed tab now shows a Bulk Retry All button at the top of the list
  • Auto-escalation checks conversation status before escalating to avoid duplicate escalations
  • SLA Alert only fires when there are at least 3 messages in the monitoring window to avoid noise from tiny sample sizes
  • Dispatcher assignment dropdown pulls live team members from the profiles table with name, title, and initials
Bug Fixs
  • Fixed retry button showing on inbound messages (should only appear on outbound failed messages)
  • Fixed SLA alert firing on page load before data was fetched
  • Resolved escalation log not refreshing after a new escalation was triggered
